THE CORINTHIAN CHURCH AND HEALING ASSOCIATION
The Corinthian Church and Healing Association was founded in 1993.
It's purpose was to set up an organisation, which provides an environment in which spiritual minded people can work in their own way for the good of man and God without suffocating restrictions and rules imposed by an overbearing governing body.
The Corinthian Church prides itself on dealing with all aspects of spiritual life and aims to further spiritual awareness in the broadest sense. By spreading the message of love and making available spiritual knowledge which is of such great value to us all. Over the years we have been working with individuals and groups to expand the effectiveness of their work and will continue to do so in the future.
We train ministers to work in the church and in many other areas as well, all our ministers are healers and are able to empathise with those in need of healing and able to assist in a very practical and immediate way. Many are also trained as mediums and can advise in all areas of life, both in this world and beyond. We provide encouragement and support for all our members to enable them to carry out their work as effectively and easily as possible. We do this by recognising that each of us is an individual and by allowing each person to use their own special talents without imposing confining or draconian pointless rules upon them.
We are not steeped in dogma and do not allow ourselves to be bogged down by unchangeable practices or beliefs. Simply trying to find the best means to spread the Spiritual Way and we welcome new ideas and methods. Every single one of our members is important to us, we want to hear what you have to say, this helps us to learn and respond to the rapid changes of today's society.
We call ourselves the Spiritual Way Church, we do this to get away from the old name of Spiritualist and all the misunderstanding, which has gone with it over many years. There are so many mysterious or occult practices associated with that word, that we have made a break from it and introduced our work and aims in a clear and open way. We are a new way forward, but we are based and build on all the knowledge of the past.
The Corinthians has the same registration as all recognised religions in law, with the approval of a government act to appoint and ordain Ministers.
This gives us the ability to found our own Churches and to allow existing church organisations to affiliate with us.
We also welcome ministers who wish to join our expanding organisation.
Our Aim
To promote and teach the art of Spiritual Healing and Mediumistic Skills, to set up healing sanctuaries and encourage others to do likewise in a way that is both accessible and affordable to everyone.
To provide information and Support, books, training and workshops for those who wish to learn and those who wish to train others.
